Feature

1.The patented piston pressure system components is anti-collision, tool free disassembly and assembly and it is convenient for piston system cleaning and sealing ring replacement,also, fast and safe.

2.The piston with small area and small weight has been successfully developed and tested. It has been put into production and is easy to use. Customers can choose or consult according to the situation.

3.Two infrared distance sensors collect piston displacement data and display LCD screen through circuit system data conversion, so that make the displacement observation  convenient and accurate.

4.The temperature and displacement of the piston are displayed on a 3.5-inch color display screen.

5.Equipped with two meter base quick interfaces (M20) × 1.5), with stop valve (optional by the customer), which can be used for sealing test.

6.The gauge seat stop valve (optional by customers) and pressure regulator are maintenance free and easy to operate. The handle design is reasonable and personalized according to the hand holding posture.

7.The main engine shell adopts 12mm thick aluminum alloy plate, which is firm and stable. The oil storage capacity of the oil cup is 400ml, which can be customized according to the needs of customers. 

8.The oil cup can be enlarged to facilitate the calibration of a large number of sensors. The oil filter device is equipped in the cup. The pipeline connected to the meter base is directly connected to the oil cup and passes through the sewage filter device to ensure the cleanness of the oil entering the piston system, so as to avoid the blockage and damage caused by the dirty oil entering the piston system, and even the seizure and fracture of the piston rod.

9.The oil circuit system has the function of sewage discharge, and the maintenance and cleaning process is more concise and convenient.

10.The piston display part is equipped with touch switch and displacement calibration button. The quick instructions of displacement calibration can be displayed on the screen through operation, which is convenient for customers to use.
