    Technical Indicators

    Main Part:   
    The main part is mainly composed of measuring cylinder, water tank, control cabinet and vertical positioning parts, all of which are made of stainless steel. The butt joint part and sealing part are treated with anti-corrosion treatment. The surface of its shell is matted and its thickness is greater than 1.5mm, which can effectively prevent scratchingand oil residue.
    1.Measuring cylinder
    304 stainless steel, thickness ≥ 4 mm, outer diameter 180 mm and length 3200 mm; It is connected with a top mounted flange with a maximum DN150,its side mounted maximum DN 100 ,Other sizes can be customized according to customer requirements. In order to facilitate installation, the measuring cylinder can be placed down automatically, and the maximum included angle of rotation can reach 85 °,According to the convenient installation of customers, the angle can be adjusted by ourselves, and the maximum load bearing is 500 kg.
    2. Water tank
    It adopts 304 stainless steel with wall thickness ≥ 1.5 mm. The no-load weight is 70 kg and the full load weight is 900 kg. The upper cover can be disassembled to clean the residual dirt.
    3. Control cabinet
    The shell is made of 304 stainless steel with thickness ≥ 1.5 mm. The maximum height is 1085 mm, the desktop length is 1500 mm, the width is 660 mm, and the desktop height is 735 mm. It is integrated with the host, display, control, acquisition and printing.
    4.Vertical positioning component 
    Vertical positioning of main standard: conduct vertical calibration during installation to ensure the verticality after installation. Vertical positioning of measuring cylinder: under the test condition, limit the positions at both ends of the measuring cylinder to ensure the vertical positioning of the measured instrument on the same plane as the main standard: different limit tooling shall be adopted according to different installation types of the measured instrument.
    Control Part: 
    It adopts a fully self-developed control processor, which can control the filling and discharge of medium and the displacement of liquid level measurement mechanism; Inclination of cylinder, work of all control parts and handling of certificates and records; The control part is composed of control processor, solenoid valve, positioning module and automatic tilt mechanism.
    1. Control processor
    The power supply adopts 220 VAC and the power consumption is 300 W. Used with control software. 
    2. Solenoid valve
    The power supply adopts 220 VAC and independent isolation chip to control the starting current and holding current respectively, so as to effectively avoid the heating of solenoid valve and ensure the service life. The service life is more than 500000 times.
    3.Positioning module
    The measurement accuracy is 0.005 mm to 0.01 mm, the positioning accuracy is 0.02 mm, and the long-term stability is 0.01 mm / year. The independent core algorithm is adopted to automatically track the liquid level and ensure the control accuracy.
    4. Automatic tilting mechanism
    The controller sends a signal to drive the cylinder to rotate the included angle, so as to achieve the purpose of convenient installation

    3. Data acquisition
    The terminal directly displays the micrometer sensor with a resolution of 0.001 mm. The signal acquisition adopts seven and a half bit multi-function digital meter, and the acquisition accuracy is ≤ 0.02.
